• Aquatic Castle ships merchandise to locations within the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii.  




• Return Policy

• Livestock comes with a 14 day arrive alive guarantee.  Simply take a digital photo of your item and send it to us for a refund.  Please wait at least 5 days before determining if an item has died.  Sometimes coral may appear dead but is, in fact, just hiding. Star polyps are known to hide for an extended period of time as they acclimate to your tank.  For this reason we may ask you to wait longer on star polyps after you send the picture within 14 days.   We're sorry but we do not refund shipping.
